미국의 건국을 축하하는 독립기념일을 맞아 조지아주 각 도시에서 불꽃놀이 등 화려한 축제가 이어진다. 도시별 행사를 정리해 소개한다. /편집자주

▶알파레타시 Alpharetta July 4th Celebration
- WHAT: The 4th of July Celebration at Willis Park featuring fun, activities and fireworks
- WHERE: 11925 Willis Road in Alpharetta
- WHEN: 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. July 4
▶마리에타시 City of Marietta’s Fourth in the Park
- WHAT: Celebration that includes parade, live concerts, museum tours, arts and crafts show, food and a carnival
- WHERE: 99 S Park Square NE
- WHEN: July 4 at 10 a.m.

▶스톤마운틴 공원 Stone Mountain July 4th Celebrations
- WHAT: Fantastic Fourth Celebration
- WHERE: 1000 Robert E. Lee Blvd. in Stone Mountain Georgia
- WHEN: July 1-5: Live entertainment, laser show presented by the Georgia Office of Highway Safety followed by a fireworks finale each night of the celebration!
▶뷰포드 몰 오브 조지아 Mall of Georgia Hosts First Annual “Dawg-On Great 4th” Celebration
- WHAT: Celebration includes dog eating competition, superhero characters, music, prizes and food.
- WHERE: 3333 Buford Dr. Buford, GA 30519
- WHEN: July 4 from 2-6 p.m.
▶챔블리시 Chamblee’s 4th of July Concert and Fireworks
- WHAT: Parade, music, fireworks food vendors, and a game truck.
- WHERE: 3496 Keswick Drive
- WHEN: July 4 from 5 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
▶식스플래그 Six Flags Over Georgia July 4th Celebration
- WHAT: Coca-Cola July 4th Fest; Celebration includes music, food, family fun with a fireworks show.
- WHERE: 275 Riverside Pkwy, Austell, GA 30168
- WHEN: July 2-4
▶노크로스시 Norcross-July 3 Lillian Webb Park & downtown Norcross
There will be events for kids, music, vendors and fireworks. The fun starts at 5pm. The fireworks are slated to start at 9:40pm.
▶존스크릭시 Johns Creek-July 3 at Newtown Park
Food trucks, beer and win for sale, bring your lawn chairs. Fireworks start at sunset.
▶커밍시 Cumming-July 4 at Cumming Fairgrounds
Steam engine parade starts at 10am. Head to fairgrounds that night for music, food, games, vendors and more. Fireworks start at 9:30pm.
▶둘루스시(불꽃놀이는 열리지 않음) Duluth-the city of Duluth will NOT have fireworks this year
They will host “Kickoff to the Fourth on July 1 with food trucks, music and more but there will NOT be fireworks.
▶슈가힐시 Sugar Hill-July 3 at E.E. Robinson Park
The live music starts at 6:30pm with fireworks to follow.
▶애틀랜타 브레이브스 Atlanta Braves-July 4
Catch the St. Louis Cardinals battle the Braves followed by at fireworks show post-game.
▶귀넷 스트라이퍼스 Gwinnett Stripers-July 4
Watch the Stripers battle the Charlotte Knights before enjoying a fireworks show.
▶레이크 레이니어 Lake Lanier Islands-July 2-4
The north Georgia resort will launch fireworks Saturday, Sunday and Monday night starting at 10pm.
