애틀랜타 경찰, 골드스파와 아로마세라피스파 신고전화 파일 공개
아로마세라피 스파 신고여성 미나 “총격 피해 책상 뒤에 숨어있다”
사건 당일인 16일 오후 5시47분께 애틀랜타 벅헤드 피드먼트의 마사지업체 ‘골드스파’에서 911에 걸려온 전화를 들어보면 신고 여성은 주소를 불러주며 출동해 달라고 한다.
강도가 들었냐고 하자 여성은 그렇다면서 용의자가 총을 갖고 있다고 했다.
용의자가 백인인지, 무엇을 입고 있는지를 묻자 여성은 “모른다. 제발 와달라”라고 호소했다.
신고 전화는 오후 5시47분7초에 걸려왔고 출동은 5시47분45초, 현장 도착은 5시49분7초에 이뤄졌다고 애틀랜타 경찰은 전했다.
골드스파 인근 ‘아로마테라피스파’에 총격이 벌어졌다는 신고 전화는 오후 5시57분에 걸려왔다.
전화를 한 여성은 “친구에게 전화가 왔는데 어떤 남자가 들어왔다고 한다. 총성이 들렸고 여자들이 쓰러졌다(고 한다). 다들 숨어 있다. 무슨 일인지 정확히 모르지만 구급차 같은 게 필요하다”고 했다.
이 여성은 “여자 몇몇이 다친 것 같다. 모두가 겁에 질렸다. 그래서 뒤에 숨어있다”고 덧붙였다.
이 신고전화는 오후 5시57분51초에 걸려왔고 출동은 5시58분28초, 현장 도착은 6시28초에 이뤄졌다.

다음은 아로마세라피 스파의 한인여성이 911에 걸어온 신고전화의 전문(transcript)이다. 전화를 건 여성은 자신을 미나(Mina)라고 밝히고 총격범을 피해 책상 뒤에 숨어있다고 말했다.

Caller: I don’t know yet, but I just got a call from one of my friends. And they say, some guy came in, you know, we hear the gunshot, and you know, the ladies passed out, like, front of the door. And everybody’s there, so everybody’s hiding. So I don’t know what’s going on exactly, but I need the ambulance or something over there in that location please.
Dispatcher 2: OK, at this location — OK, I didn’t quite understand, but let me let my crew know. OK. OK, so what happened?
Caller: I don’t know exactly. I’m not there yet.
Dispatcher 2: Yes ma’am.
Caller: Um. Um. But some guy came in and shoot the gun, so everybody heard the gunshot, and some ladies got hurt, I think. Everybody is scared so they’re hiding in the behind, but the ladies passed out.

Caller: She’s 60s. Somewhere around there.
