We are currently looking to hire an HR Associate in the SC area.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRIS system (Kronos)
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate the interview process
• Input, review, and format HR data for entry into the Kronos
• Provide significant contributions and expertise in the areas of employe engagement and retention
• Responsible to work with Recruiting manager in reporting violations of policy and conduct coaching, discipline or termination of employees
  Perform Other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• High school degree or GED required
• Bilingual Korean
• Time management skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
