UP Solution® 은POS 및 통합 결제 전문 기업업체로서28년 동안 한인들을 위한 비지니스 동반자로 충분한 경험, 기술력을 바탕으로 POS 시스템및 휴대폰을 통한 모바일 결제 시스템을 제공하는 서비스 기업입니다. 이번에 영업부 확장에 따른 Duluth, Georgia 지사와 함께 할 POS Tech Support를 모집합니다.

Job Description: (주요 업무)

Provide phone support; Document all merchant and reseller/agent issues; Resolve all outstanding issues as quickly as possible
Prepare/stage POS hardware and software for deployment
Maintain POS department equipment and tools
Perform hardware repairs as required, both in-house and in the field - Test, evaluate, and document all software/hardware issues
Provide training to associates, merchants and resellers - Install and configure software, hardware, cables/wiring, and networks
Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues

Requirements: (지원 자격)

Min. 1 year experienced, demonstrated success in technical support with POS/PC
Experience in training and supporting end users
Experience with databases, networks, and updates management
Knowledge of LAN cables and wiring - Knowledge of system security, as well as data backup/recovery
POS/PC support related experience preferred
Bi-lingual in English & Korean / Chinese/Vietnamese a big plus
