We are looking for HR Associate to join our team in Commerce, GA and SC.

Position: HR Associate

1) Commerce, GA
– Job Description:
• Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRIS system (Kronos)
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate the interview process
• Input, review, and format HR data for entry into the Kronos
• Provide significant contributions and expertise in the areas of employee engagement and retention
• Responsible to work with Recruiting manager in reporting violations of policy and conduct coaching, discipline or termination of employees
• Perform Other related duties as required

– Qualifications:
• Bachelor’ Degree in Human Resources or related business field
• Bilingual (English + Korean)
• Time management skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

2) Newberry, SC
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field
– Proficient in MS Office software
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
– Korean language competence – speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibility
– Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective business solutions
– Coordinate and monitor information entered into the HRIS system (Kronos).
– Source and screen candidates, coordinate the interview process
– Conduct audits of HR data to preserve its integrity and accuracy.
– Assists in the development of policies and procedures involving areas of expertise.
– Input, review, and format HR data for entry into the Kronos.
– Provide significant contributions and expertise in the areas of employee engagement and retention.
– Responsible to work with Recruiting manager in reporting violations of policy and conduct coaching, discipline or termination of employees.
– Perform Other related duties as required
