POSITION SUMMARY:

To accomplish their primary goal of preparing clients to close on a mortgage loan, Mortgage Closers perform many tasks. We analyzed several job listings to identify these core Mortgage Closer duties and responsibilities.

Prepare Closing Documents

Mortgage Closers are responsible for preparing all loan-closing documents, and ensuring that they are accurate in order to have a fully compliant mortgage loan. They carefully review all documents for any errors, and confirm that pricing and program are correct to insure loan will be funded.

Qualifications:

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Language: Korean (Preferred), Chinese (Preferred), Vietnamese (Preferred)
